Artwork, files, and proofs
Files and artwork you provide are used for quoting, proofing, production, and job administration. We do not sell customer files. We may retain job files, proofs, and production records for reference, reorders, warranty support, or legal and accounting purposes.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold. Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for business, legal, tax, warranty, or recordkeeping purposes.
