Quotes and pricing

Quotes are estimates based on the information available at the time issued. Pricing may change if scope, quantities, materials, turnaround, installation requirements, or artwork conditions change.

Order acceptance

An order is not confirmed until Hoodoo Designs accepts it. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailable materials, pricing errors, unsafe installation conditions, unlawful content, or incomplete information.

Payment terms

Deposits, progress payments, or full payment may be required before design, production, release, shipping, or installation. Late payment may delay production or delivery.

Proofs and approvals

Customers must review and approve proofs before production. Approval confirms that spelling, measurements, colours, quantities, layout, and specifications are accepted for production.

Artwork and intellectual property

Customers confirm that they have the right to use all logos, artwork, images, and content they supply. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, original design concepts and editable working files created by Hoodoo Designs remain the property of Hoodoo Designs.

Production tolerances

Minor variation in colour, finish, trim, contour cutting, placement, scale, or material appearance may occur in normal print and sign production and will be considered commercially reasonable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Turnaround times

Any production, shipping, or installation date provided by Hoodoo Designs is an estimate unless guaranteed in writing. Lead times may change because of proof delays, supplier issues, site access problems, weather, or equipment downtime.

Delivery, pickup, and installation

Customers are responsible for checking delivered goods promptly. For installations, customers must provide safe access, accurate site information, and any required approvals unless Hoodoo Designs has specifically agreed to handle those items.

Permits and compliance

Unless expressly included in the scope of work, customers are responsible for permits, landlord approvals, bylaw compliance, and site permissions related to their project.

Warranties and liability

Manufacturer warranties, if any, apply according to the manufacturer’s terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hoodoo Designs’ liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds, reprints, returns, and cancellations are governed by the Hoodoo Designs Refund, Reprint and Return Policy.

Website use and updates

Users may not misuse the website or submit unlawful or infringing material. Hoodoo Designs may update these Terms from time to time, and the version in effect at the time of the order will generally apply to that order.
